Parcel Receipt Generator

ProblemEvery parcel receipt was typed by hand from the order sheet, and riders had no quick way to confirm a delivery or a return.
SolutionBuilt a Google Sheets receipt generator that turns each order in the main file into a print-ready purchase order (store, customer, product code, items, amount), with a barcode of the order number that riders scan with a phone on delivery or RTS, and delivery attempts tracked per receipt.
ResultTogether with the automated inventory, cut almost 50% of the team’s manual operations work.

Automated Inventory Tracker

ProblemStock released and returned through five couriers was counted by hand, and shortages were only noticed once an item ran out.
SolutionBuilt an inventory workbook that pulls released and returned parcels per courier (LBC, J&T, GoGo, NCR, Lazada) from the order records, keeps a daily running balance per product, and color-flags near-critical and critical stock.
ResultReal-time stock per product with early reorder warnings. With the receipt generator, removed almost 50% of manual operations work.

Consolidated Brand P&L Dashboard

ProblemMonthly P&L for many brands sat in separate spreadsheets, so management had no single view of net income.
SolutionBuilt a Google Apps Script web app that pulls the P&L, vendor, gross-gaming and profit-allocation sheets into one dashboard with filters, charts, brand drill-downs and a login.
ResultYTD net income per brand on one screen, synced live from the source sheets.

Domain Compliance & ISP Block Tracker

ProblemA reporting team was tracking thousands of flagged domains across four ISPs (PLDT, Globe, Converge, DITO) in spreadsheets.
SolutionBuilt a web app on Cloudflare Workers and D1: per-brand domain inventory, ISP block status, a post-verification module, an AI executive summary, PDF exports, and a KPI module for the team (geo-tagged time-in, leaves, schedules, scoreboard).
ResultOne live dashboard for 24,000+ verification records, with role-based access and 20-second auto-refresh.

Domain Expiry & DNS Telegram Bot

ProblemDomains were spread across seven registrar accounts. Renewals slipped, and nameserver changes were done one domain at a time.
SolutionWrote a Python Telegram bot on the GoDaddy API: daily 15-day expiry alerts grouped by brand and account with renew links, on-demand reports, auto brand detection, and an admin-only bulk nameserver change with verification and a confirm step.
ResultExpiries flagged two weeks ahead, and bulk DNS changes done from a phone in three steps, with every change logged.

SMS Broadcast & Lead Management Platform

ProblemSMS campaigns, branch credit top-ups and telemarketing leads were handled in separate tools, with no view of delivery success.
SolutionBuilt a multi-branch Laravel + Filament platform: scheduled broadcasts over SMPP/CPaaS gateways, delivery tracking per telco, SMS credit requests with invoices and VAT, a lead lifecycle and telemarketing queue, accounting, CSV import/export and 2FA.
ResultEach branch sees its own campaigns, credits and success rate, while the mother account oversees everything.

Auto Service Management System

ProblemAn auto repair shop ran job orders, estimates, supplier payables and cash flow on paper and in chat threads.
SolutionBuilt a Firebase web app covering job order → inspection → estimate → job card → invoice, plus statements of account, suppliers and payables, cash flow, capital and shareholders, user permissions, and activity logs with a restore (recycle-bin) function.
ResultAn executive dashboard shows operations aging, payables aging, turnaround time and what is ready to invoice.

ProblemVisa, tour, airfare and hotel invoices split between two billing teams were reconciled by hand.
SolutionBuilt a Firebase records system: invoice records with bulk status updates and CSV upload, per-team payment tracking and statements of account, bank balances with discrepancy detection, a portal credit ledger and top-up history.
ResultA live dashboard of invoiced vs. paid, pending and partial payments, and outstanding balance per team.

ProblemOrders arrived through chat with no central tracking, and there was no inventory or finance view.
SolutionBuilt a React storefront and admin: menu manager, cart and order tracking, scheduled orders, live chat with canned replies, inventory and recipes, P&L, cash flow and dividend declarations.
ResultRevenue, orders by status and top sellers on one dashboard, updated in real time.

Sales Operations Workbook

ProblemOrders from 20+ online stores and four sales agents went into one sheet, and courier lists, parcel receipts and stock counts were compiled by hand.
SolutionBuilt a Google Sheets workbook that auto-segregates the main file into per-courier tabs, and computes sales per store and per agent (single, promo and reseller orders, upsell rate), feeding the receipt generator and inventory tracker above.
ResultOne order entry updates every courier list and sales report automatically.

ProblemOur household money was spread across several bank cards and e-wallets, and loan and bill due dates were easy to miss.
SolutionDesigned and built a Flutter + Firebase app: a card vault with balances, income, expense and transfer tracking, a payment-terms calendar for loans and bi-monthly bills, spending by category, and an overall summary.
ResultA rule-based financial health score and monthly spending breakdown show where the household stands at a glance.
